Had my 4G LTE Thundebolt switched to my Droid X (read description)?

This happened to me to on my DROID CHARGE and DROID X. That means the SIM card is burned out. The way to fix this is to go to a Best Buy or Verizon store and have them activate a new SIM card for you. You will have to have your Thunderbolt with you because they scan a code on the back of the phone to make the SIM card work with it. A new SIM card is free.
