Bismarck with single Reich?

Bismarck was chancellor of Prussia in the 1860's to 1871. He was responsible for the diplomacy and warfare that created the First Reich when Germany was created out of Prussia and the other German states in 1871 after the Franco-Prussian War. He created the modern German state, as much as any one person can be given credit or blame for that.
