When rich people save their money in banks and invest it, doesn't most of the money go overseas instead?

Here's a valuable tip for you, Robert Reich is always wrong. No, the vast majority of the money rich people save is invested right here. Which is one reason that the US has very large net capital inflows ... the outside world invests much more in the US, than the US invests in other countries.
