What member of the 3rd Reich said this?

I remember hearing a while back that one of the top ranking officials of the 3rd Reich orated a speech in which he mentions that all the Poles (Polish Jewish people) from pole to pole (north pole and south pole) must be done away with. I'm having a hard time recalling his name. Any help?
