Would you let a senile old Nazi watch your children every day if it was free?

My grandmother wants to watch the children she says she doesn't want money she just wants the time with them. It would save money on child care but my grandmother is losing her mind and thinks she's back in the third reich sometimes. Last time she watched the children we lost track of her when she was driving to Berlin so they could meet Hitler.
