What is the "fourth reich"?

My teacher and my friends today during lunch were talking about the third reich and about adolf hitler and my teacher then started talking about a "fourth reich". In all my friends and I time as being nazis we never heard of a "fourth reich" can someone tell me what it is or what it means.
