Is Hotspot and USB tethering free?

I have an mytouch 4g (mt4g) and I started playing around with the usb tethering, im worried im going get charged, expecially if I use the wi-fi hotspot (wifi tethering) So basically, am/will I get charged if I continue using t-mobile hotspot and usb tethering? Thanks
