Is my finger sprained or fractured?

You fractured it IMO. Happened to me a month ago when i fell off my board, fell face first, knocked my teeth out, and jammed my finger. After I got through with the dentist i realized my finger was stupid swollen, went to a clinic, turned out I chipped a piece off my knuckle.
